These Terms of Service govern your use of Conversio, an AI-powered guest communication platform. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Conversio provides automated guest communication via WhatsApp for hospitality businesses. The service includes AI-powered responses, proactive messaging, upsell management, notifications, and an analytics dashboard.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly at the rate specified at the time of purchase.
  • Messaging fees are charged separately based on usage (WhatsApp conversation fees set by Meta).
  • All plans include a 14-day trial period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's terms
  • Provide false or misleading property information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI system
  • Exceed the property limits of your plan without upgrading

5. AI-generated content

Conversio uses AI to generate responses to guest inquiries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for ensuring the property information provided to Conversio is accurate and up to date.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of Conversio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your guests that an AI system is handling their communication.

7. Limitation of liability

Conversio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed messages due to WhatsApp API outages, AI response errors, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless you request an export.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
